Born to a Nethbian Prince he was raised by the brutal followers of Donn. It was a dead winter morning when he, an infant, was lifted from the Caer of Syrus. There was no ransom plot only an altar for the newborn sacrifice. Yet deep in this sinister world an ember of hope glowed. She was a maiden, a young, beautiful maiden once blinded by hatred. But in his enchanting eyes she saw mercy.

Tristan was hidden for months until the mystery of his disappearance waned. It wasn't until his adolescence that the maiden's secret was uncovered. An ambitious girl called Morgan read a letter that explained his past. It was written for Tristan for his thirteenth birthday. The maiden had intended for her adopted son to return home. She was tortured and bound to a tree where after several days her beaten body was devoured by starving wolves. Tristan would never forget her fate.

Having learned of the letters contents he fled to Syrus to be reunited with his father. It was a strange occasion which took many years for him to understand. Yet the prince did not shun the child and welcomed him back to his powerful family. Tristan was educated and trained as all princes were, in the arts of knighthood. Yet he did not feel a desire to serve his Caer nor the Kingdom that had only recently adopted him. His fate was set elsewhere, in a darker place where few dared to thread. And it is here that he has remained, bringing his own justice on the underworld and the criminals that thrive there.

Following the war in Abertawe, a neighbouring Kingdom, King Hawk summoned his unique service. He did not dwell on the offer long once the name 'Morgan' was whispered in conversation.
