Background:Hector watched himself become an orphan on his eleventh birthday when followers of Donn burnt and hung his parents in their back garden. He was left to be raised through his own devices. Though his small village in Nethbo held sympathy for him he was eventually shunted and cast aside, out of sight and out of mind. He led a difficult childhood but learned how to live harmoniously with the land. It was a sad and lonely existence.

Though blessings were not poured on Hector he did have an eagle's eye and a steady hand. He used his abilities to hunt and feed himself. When his skills were honed he used them to steal and pilfer the large estates. He developed into a hardened criminal but targeted only those who could afford to lose whatever it was he was after. By sixteen he had been arrested forty times and was eventually thrown in a Nethbian dungeon. He was released after a year to be killed should they ever catch him again.

Later in life he became a mercenary and in this job he found his only salvation. He was not a leader but was inspirational in his ability. He cares not for life or death, only for the land that so brutally raised him. He was saddened when heard of the evil that sought to taint the land and came under the employ of King Hawk. He has been in the Abertawian army for three years and has recently been designated a captain in the second infantry, led by Sir Palladius Agrippa.

In Agrippa, Hector sees a man who shares in his journey; lost souls angry at the fates dealt down to them.

Personality Profile: Despite his intelligence Hector is a man of few words. He is quiet and philosophical within himself and rarely comes out of his thick shell. He loves animals and nature and would die only for the land, no one else's cause.

Skills and Abilities: Hector has a dangerous talent for knives, and is his preferred weapon when not on a battle field. He wields a sword proficiently though his skiils as an archer are far superior. He was bred a warrior.

Physical Profile: He is deceptively strong and quick on his feet. His eyes are a gently green shade that are warm and welcoming though his soul is lost behind them. His hair is kept long and is braided in places to keep it from blowing into his face.

Special Notes: The sect who killed his family burnt two arrows on either cheek to remind him of that day.
