Background: Morgan is the Daughter of Costic of Llydaw. At first, like her sisters, she was raised to be sold on the marriage mart. But as she grew older, her father decided that it would be better if one of his daughter's served the Gods. It was important that he have the favor of the Tuatha De Danaan. For all her father's faults, he was a devoted follower of the druids in his lands and their teachings. He relied heavily on their prophesies and truthsayers.
So, when Morgan was just 10 years old, she was chose from a line of Costic's daughters to be taught in the ways of the Tuatha De Danaan and particularly, Donn, God of the Dead! It was rumored that Costic's lineage could be traced to Donn. A Sidhe mound was sacred and gaurded well outside of Llydaw. This is where Morgausa had spent the last 9 years of her life training. Her father had added to her training, not liking the recent trend in Druidic ways of doing away with the messenger of the gods and using animal meat in the rituals. Morgausa idolized her father and he spoiled her whenever he was allowed into her presence. She was all that he had wished for in a son. Intelligent, crafty and very devoted to the old ways. She would be the one to take over Llydaw when he passed on into Donn's care.
In the last two years, since Morgan had finished her training, she had begun to spend much time in her father's keep. It was rumored that their relationship was stronger than a father and daughter's and those with less cautious tongues speculated beyond that. Morgan was almost always at her father's side when he proceeded over his court. She said little but seemed to relish the violence and distruction that was often a result of her father's decisions. This is most likely due to the fact that is believed that Morgan was the Virgin Huntess and the bride of the Horned One at the last Great Marriage. Since Costic was their leader, they knew who the Horned One would have been.
Four years ago, many of the druids had left the Sidhe holding. It was rumored that they had been unable to persuade Costic that to harm life was a crime against the gods and so had deserted Llydaw. Morgan and Costic had slowly turned the druidic teachings into something sinister that caused even the most loyal member of Llydaw to shiver. Less and less druids had been seen since tthe coming of power for these two..
Morgan was captured by King Brasar during the war with Costic after a failed attempt to seduce and kill him. However, she was pregnant with his child and he decided rather to kill or imprison her, he would marry her. This proved to be his undoing. In her defence, he was killed in Dinas Dwr by a Lord Loyal to the King of Dinas Dwr. Morgan has moved South into Abertawe, seeking the prophecied child seer that will help unite the isle under one ruler.
Personality Profile: Morgan is her father's daughter. She is evil personified but even worse... has a zealot's belief in her own warped version of the druidic beliefs. Twice now, the druids have sought to remove her from this earthly realm and stop her perversion of the sacred ways. The Druids who were sent never returned. She takes great delight in slow and drawn out cruelty. She thinks nothing of spending hours planning a painful revenge. She has no moral ethics and choses lovers as one would chose clothes. She is extremely intelligent however and a brilliant strategist. She understands the affairs of state and the minimums that must be done to keep a province wealthy. She can play the angelic beauty to a fault, but few survive such a meeting.
Skills and Abilities: Morgan has the skills of a fully trained Priestess of the Druids. She understands the use of herbs to not only heal but hinder. She is very accomplished at using herbs to induce trance like states for both prophesy and for pleasure. She is often sought out by women for potions to draw in a lover or to be rid of an unwanted child.
Physical Profile: Morgan is beautiful at first glance. She is slim and graceful. Her hair is a halo of blonde gold and her eyes are a sparkling blue. She is never seen in anything but black as she feels it signifies the father of night's bounty. However, if one is with her for very long when she is showing her true personality, her looks seem false and deathly. Something ugly resides within the beautiful covering.
Special Notes: Morgan is rarely seen at a scene of her creating though if one is observant, they may seen a dark observer off in the distance.
